About Course
This course introduces students to the fundamental principles, approaches, and techniques of teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP). It focuses on needs analysis, ESP course design, material development and adaptation, and assessment strategies. Through a blended learning model, students participate in lectures, discussions, project-based tasks, and online activities.
By the end of the course, students will be able to analyze learners’ needs, design ESP syllabi, develop effective teaching materials, apply modern ESP teaching methodologies, and create appropriate assessment tools. The course also fosters collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity, preparing students to teach English effectively in specialized contexts.
